UNDERSTAND OUR STRUCTURE

Listed below are the groups and or roles that are assigned to the members behind ClubhouseMC. These groups and or roles can be seen in-game on our Minecraft server or our Discord server.

◉ ClubhouseMC Executive Team

Special group to distinguish the creators of ClubhouseMC.

◉ Global Management Team

The Global Management Team oversees the strategic direction, coordination, and overall performance of an ClubhouseMC’s operations. Each member of this team is a the head of their own designated department within ClubhouseMC.

◉ Global Infrastructure Team

The Global Infrastructure Team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core IT infrastructure that supports ClubhouseMC's operations. This includes managing servers, networks, cloud services, and security systems to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across all regions. The team focuses on optimizing infrastructure for efficiency, reliability, and security, while also supporting business growth and technological advancements.

◉ Server Moderation Team

The Server Moderation Team is responsible for maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players on the server. This team enforces server rules, monitors player behavior, and addresses issues such as cheating, harassment, and disruptive conduct. Moderation staff handle player reports, investigate rule violations, and apply appropriate actions like warnings, kicks, or bans when necessary. They also assist players with questions, resolve conflicts, and provide feedback to improve the server's community and gameplay experience.

◉ Community Moderation Team

The Community Moderation Team is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment across all community platforms, such as forums, social media, and in-game chats. This team enforces community guidelines, monitors interactions, and addresses issues like spam, harassment, or inappropriate content.

◉ Server Build Team

The Server Build Team is responsible for the in-game creations such as spawns, lobbies, mini-game maps, and much more.

◉ Technical Support Team

The Technical Support Team is responsible for assisting players with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to server store purchases. This team provides support through Discord via support tickets.
